In your SLW workspace, Claude carries its own keys to the portal. These are the asks that save a trip — post it, file it, flag it — in plain English, from whichever app you're working in. No commands, no setup. People keep every decision.

Opens a proposal card on the app's page — mockup or pull request attached. You don't have to say which app: the card files under the one you're working in (from anywhere else, name it — “on LP Flow…”). A second round on the same design stacks as a new version on the same card, never a duplicate.
Anything blocked on Shawn — a setting to flip, an invite to send, a decision outside a PR — lands in his Decisions queue with the exact steps and a Done button. Faster than email, and it can't get lost in chat.
Drops it in the app's Inbox bucket on its Plan board. Works cross-app too: “add X to Terminal's inbox” from any project.
Kicked off something long? Claude posts a note to your Today inbox on the portal when it finishes — you don't have to keep the session open or check back.

No magic words. These are examples, not commands — describe what you want and Claude picks the right door. When it isn't sure which app you mean, it asks instead of guessing.
